It is traditionally added to warm milk and taken daily to support overall vitality, increase energy, stamina, libido and resistance to stress. The recommended method for consuming this remedy is to add 1/2 tsp. to 8 oz. warmed milk or milk substitute. It is very tasty like this. It is even better with a bit of honey or maple syrup. Ghee or coconut oil further increase the restorative nature and assimilation of the formula. Ojas Rasayana can also be easily added to hot cereal or smoothies such as the date almond drink.
