Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Expedited shippingdoes not guarantee faster processing time and is not available on non shipping days. See Expedited Shipping below.


All orders are shipped with USPS. If you live somewhere where US Mail does not deliver to physical addresses please supply a P.O. Box. If you are not sure put both P.O. Box and physical address. The following carriers can deliver your order only if requested.

  • UPS (US only)
  • FedEx (US Only)

Order Tracking

In most cases, you will receive a tracking number for your order in the email notification that your order has been fulfilled. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number and are concerned, you can contact meand I will provide it for you.Once a package is picked up by the carrier service, USPS in most cases, Singing Springs Botanicals releases responsibility for the shipment. If for some reason the tracking information shows that the order is not being sent to the correct location, or is invalid, please contact me. I will be happy to assist by confirming the shipping details of the order. In some cases, an investigation can also be created through the carrier service. Please ensure that the location that your order is being shipped to is safe and secure. Singing Springs Botanicals is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or frozen once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. It is the cost that USPS charges. There is no additional handling fees. On the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order.

When Will My Card Be Charge

Your credit card will be charged once your order enters the shipping process. Your card provider will hold the necessary funds to fulfill the order through a pre-authorization hold. If your order is canceled the credit card will not be charged, however, the authorization hold may take 1-3 business days to drop from your account. The timing is dependent on the process followed by your banking institution.

Expited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are only available for orders placed on shipping days, Monday and Thursday. Sorry for this inconvenience. This small business does not have a shipping department, just one shipper and that person is also handcrafting each product, doing all accounting, marketing and all other jobs of the business. If it is a Monday or Thursday the expedited shipping option includes a $6 Rush Handling Fee, which ensures that your order will be processed and shipped out within one business day. If your expedited order is placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time, the order will be processed and shipped out on the same business day. If your expedited shipping order is placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time, the order will be processed and shipped out the following business day.USPS Priority Mail Express is the carrier used for rushed handling.


At this time Singing Springs does nottypically allow backorders. If an item is ordered and is somehow unable to be fulfilled, it is generally removed from the order before you are charged. In the event of a circumstance that requires a backorder, the part of your order that is in stock will be shipped. When the backordered item(s) becomes available, the rest of your order will ship. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Wholesale Orders

Currently wholesale customers must place their orders over the phone 970-708-0236. Wholesale orders must be a minimum of $100 if they are to be shipped and do not qualify for free shipping.

International Orders (Outside of the USA)

Orders can be shipped internationally.The pricing and time depends on the country and the quantity of items you are purchasing.USPS Priority International (which is fine for either street addresses or PO Boxes) is the only carrier used.

You can get a shipping estimate by entering the desired items in your cart, click checkout, then changing the country and postal code under Estimate Tax and Shipping.

Attention international customers: We are legally unable to declare your shipment as a gift or lower the value on customs forms. Thank you for not requesting this.

Commitment To Ship Eco-Friendly

Protecting the environment is one of Singing Springs primary missions. Please note that the packing peanuts and other materials in your box are made from bio-degradable and recycled materials and are often reused. Also, the amount of packaging is the minimal required to transport your products safely. Some orders are even packed with reused or recycled boxes as re-use is the most environmentally friendly option. Thank you for supporting this effort to ship eco-friendly.


Customer service and order fulfillment are closed to observe the following holidays: January 1 (New Year’s Day), Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, July 4th (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Return Policy

Here at Singing Springs, I stand behind all of my products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request to return it for store credit or for an exchange. To request a return, please contact me(Julie) at 970-708-0236 within 14 days of the placement of your original order.

Damage or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged I will need a photo of the damaged product texted to 970-708-0236. If an incorrect product arrives I will need that product returned. I will gladly pay for return shipping in this case. If you do not contact me within the allotted time (14 days from original purchase), you will be responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the product.

Please note that Singing Springs Botanicals is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or frozen once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers may choose to apply the cost of any approved return to an exchange or use it as store credit. Only items that were damaged upon receipt, were missing from an order, or are returned unopened are eligible for a cash refund. In such a case I will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with said products.The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

How to Return a Product

The first step is to request approval for a return.To do so please contact me(Julie) at 970-708-0236 within 14 days of the placement of your original order for approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. An RMA# is required in order to process returns and issue credit. Returned merchandise received without an RMA# will not be automatically refunded. The second step is to send the approved return with the RMA # to the following address:

Please remember to include your return address in the top left corner and be sure to indicate on a note whether you would like store credit, a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is desired, please indicate which products you would like to exchange the returned products for.Please allow up to 14 business days for me to receive and process your return. Likewise, it may take up to 14 days for a credit to appear in your account and to receive your replaced items.
