When broths are about thirty minutes to an hour from being done, toss the herbs in to simmer and steep. Once prepared Super Immune Soup can be sipped alone as an herbal broth or stirred into any soup or stew, turning them into immune boosting tonics. The immune soup can also be poured into ice cube trays and frozen. In this form it can be transported with ease to the home of a dear one that is under the weather. Likewise, it is super convenient if you are not feeling well. You can add individual cubes to miso soup, conji or whatever foods are being eating throughout the day.
