This elixir contains many premier nervines. Nervines are herbs that specifically support the nervous system. They promote a sense of calm and help the body and mind to feel relaxed. Such herbs are beneficial for a number of nervous related issues such as agitation, muscular twitches, muscular tension, restlessness, indigestion due to nervousness and especially for anxiety.
