I was looking for a mouthwash with NO sweeteners. Meaning no stevia, no sucralose, nothing. Unsweetened does not mean no sweeteners on most labels! I found only three. I tried all three, and this is my favorite. My mouth feels tingly and wonderful. I put a few drops on my toothbrush to augment my toothpaste, I use it in my waterpik, and I use it as a mouthwash.
