It has a powerful action when applied immediately after strenuous exercise, exertion or injury to prevent soreness and pain and to minimize lactic acid build-up, bruising and swelling. This soothing medicinal oil also offers relief for pain associated with arthritis and tendonitis. Arnica Oil may also be used with massage to further its benefits of loosening tight muscles and to reduce soreness after deep tissue work.
